Charlotte is a highly experienced specialist in private and public children law and care proceedings. She has practised in this field exclusively since qualifying in 2010 and joined Dawson Cornwell in 2020.
Charlotte has been recognised as an “Associate to Watch” by Chambers 2023 and a “Recommended Lawyer” by The Legal 500 2023.
She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Domestic Abuse and Public Children Law as well as a member of the Law Society Children Panel.
Additionally Charlotte is an appointed member of the Law Society Children’s Law Sub Committee, an appointed member of the Resolution Legal Aid Committee, a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children, the Franco-British Lawyers Society and Resolution. As an expert public children law practitioner she is also an active member of both the Central Family Court and Barnet County Court Duty Solicitors’ Scheme.
She is a frequent speaker on family law and legal aid issues, and has lectured students at BPP Law School, the College of Law and Anglia Ruskin University. She has acted as a mentor for Young Legal Aid Lawyers.
Charlotte is a fluent French speaker with dual French and UK nationality.
