Laura has a 2:1 degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University. As part of this sandwich degree course, she spent just over a year working as a legal assistant in Dawson Cornwell’s matrimonial department from 2019 to 2020.
After graduating in 2021, she went on to study the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, in which she achieved a Distinction. As part of this course, she studied the Family Law elective and wrote her LLM dissertation on Divorce Reform.
She is a member of the YRes division of Resolution.
During her undergraduate studies, Laura mentored first year law students at Nottingham Law School. She has also volunteered at a conservation programme based in Tamil Nadu, Southern India, alongside the ARMDS charity.
