Profil

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in September 2023 following completion of her training contract at Dawson Cornwell; she now works primarily as a family lawyer in our Matrimonial Department.

Rebecca advises on all aspects of family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedies; jurisdictional disputes; cohabitation and private law matters such as international and domestic relocation and child arrangements. Much of Rebecca’s work involves significant allegations of abuse and international elements.

She is Co-Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee of the Westminster and Holborn Law Society and a member of Resolution. Additionally, she is a mentor with Lawyers Who Care, mentoring care-experienced aspiring lawyers, and a member of the Young Professionals network of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Dawson Cornwell, Rebecca worked as a paralegal in a law firm specialising in claims for vulnerable individuals against public authorities; these claims often involved abuse and human rights violations.

She achieved a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course (with an LLM in Family Law) at the University of Law in Manchester. Rebecca also graduated from the University of East Anglia with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree in Law.

Rebecca is fluent in Swedish.
