Kate Allen represented the mother in the reported case of BC v DE [2015] EWHC 1806 (Fam), in which she successfully changed the approach of the courts in relation to the funding of Schedule 1 cases. In the case the mother, for whom we acted, obtained an order against the father who was worth “hundreds of millions of pounds”
Shabina travelled to St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to participate in the 2016 National Family Law Program of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada on 11th – 14th July 2016.
This week, 6 members of Dawson Cornwell have been participating in the Culture, Dispute Resolution and the Modernised Family Conference, organised by the International Centre of Family Law, Policy and Practice in association with King’s College London, from 6th to 8th July 2016.
