Parking

We do not generally recommend driving, as parking in the area is very limited. However, the nearest secure car park is Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, WC2A 1AH and is right next door to Staple Inn. There are only 32 spaces, but these can be booked and paid for in advance by telephoning 0207 430 9371. In addition, there are the NCP Car Park London Saffron Hill (a 10 minute walk away) and the Secure Parking Bloomsbury Square Car Park (a 15 minute walk away).

Bus

The nearest bus stops within a 5-10 mins walk are Chancery Lane (Stop F or E): bus numbers 8, 25, 521, N8 and Holborn Circus Fetter (Stop H): bus numbers 17, 45, 46, 63, 341, N63. Theobalds Road: bus numbers 19, 38, 55, 243 and Procter Street: bus numbers 8, 25, 242, 521.

Underground

The best way to come to us is to travel by tube. Chancery Lane Station (use the south side exit) on the Central Line is 2 minutes from our front door. Holborn tube station, on the Piccadilly and Central line, is a little further, a 10 minute walk away. Holborn station is approximately 40 minutes from Heathrow Airport direct on the Piccadilly line.

Step Free Access and Deliveries

For those requiring step free access and for deliveries, you should come to the rear entrance of the building at 11 Staple Inn, Took’s Court, London, EC4A 1LB.

This entrance can be reached on foot from Chancery Lane (via Cursitor Street, turning left into Took’s Court).

Alternatively, it can be reached by vehicle from Fetter Lane (via Norwich Street, left into Furnival Street, right into Cursitor Street and finally right into Took’s Court). This route will enable you to drop off directly outside the rear entrance door, though the Took’s Court cul de sac is a tight space in which to turn around.
