She has extensive experience in complex cross-border legal issues including international child abduction, international child relocation and international child arrangements, as well as cases involving the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court (including Wardship) and the international recognition and enforcement of orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacha\u2019s other core practice is in private children law, advising on a broad spectrum of matters including child arrangements, domestic abuse, addiction, domestic child relocation, domestic child abduction, enforcement and high conflict cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Sacha frequently assists clients in mediation or other Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR), helping families reach amicable resolutions in the best interests of their children. She also has a care proceedings practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacha graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2018 with a degree in Classics and earned her Graduate Diploma in Law in 2019. She completed her Legal Practice Course part-time alongside her full-time training contract at a boutique leading family law firm, qualifying in 2021. Sacha joined Dawson Cornwell in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacha regularly writes pieces and delivers talks for the media on a variety of domestic and international Children Law topics, including at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/iccfr.org\/\">ICCFR<\/a>&nbsp;annual conference in Malta. Since January 2025 she has been providing the European Case updates (INCADAT, CJEU and ECHR) to the International Family Law Journal quarterly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sacha is a member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.childabductionlawyers.org.uk\/\">Child Abduction Lawyers Association (CALA)<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/resolution.org.uk\/\">Resolution<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/carefulchildrelocation.com\/\">Careful Child Relocation<\/a>, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alc.org.uk\/\">Association of Lawyers for Children (ALC)<\/a>&nbsp;and the East London Family Justice Board. She is also a member of the Lexis+ UK Family \u2018next generation\u2019 Consulting Editorial Board (CEB).
