Having passed the Graduate Diploma in Law with a Commendation, more recently she has passed both the SQE 1 &amp; 2 and hopes to qualify as a solicitor in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nina&#8217;s previous experience working closely with NGOs in the field of forced marriage and honour based violence have strengthened her passion for family law and she has developed a good understanding of the intricacies and sensitivities of these difficult cases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is currently working in the Matrimonial Department, primarily assisting on divorce and financial remedies cases involving allegations of abuse and cases involving high profile individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her time in our Children Department, Nina assisted Sulema Jahangir on the reported cases of <a href=\"https:\/\/caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/ewhc\/fam\/2024\/2230\">Omay Ali Elhag Elkndo v Elnoaman Gassam Elsyed (Committal: Sentence) [2024] EWHC 2230 (Fam)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/ewhc\/fam\/2024\/2204\">Omay Ali Elhag Elkndo v Elnoaman Gassam Elsyed &amp; Ors (Committal: Findings) [2024] EWHC 2204 (Fam)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk\/ewhc\/fam\/2023\/3509?query=Basi\">Flora Abdul Sater v Samer Abdul Sater [2023] EWHC 3509 (Fam)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nina speaks Punjabi, some Urdu and Hindi and has a basic understanding of German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nina is a trainee solicitor working in our Matrimonial Department having joined Dawson Cornwell in 2022.&hellip;","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":952,"menu_order":36,"template":"","team":[107],"class_list":["post-1059","solicitor","type-solicitor","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","team-lawyers"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Nina Hunjan &#8226; Dawson Cornwell &#8226; Family Solicitors<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Nina is a trainee solicitor working in our Matrimonial Department having joined Dawson Cornwell in 2022.
