She joined Dawson Cornwell in 2016 and was made up to partner in 2019.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jessica has specialised in family law since qualifying in 2009. She undertakes divorce and financial claims, often with an international element. This includes jurisdictional disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements, financial settlements following divorce and enforcement of financial orders. She has considerable experience in complex, high net worth financial cases involving non-disclosure, off-shore assets and trusts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also advises on private children cases including contact, leave to remove and specific issue applications. Jessica conducts some of her own advocacy, where appropriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Praised for her “good reputation” <\/em>by The Legal 500, 2018 as a Resolution trained mediator, Jessica is currently undertaking mediation face to face and virtually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
