Floriane is a senior associate in the Children Department\u00a0who qualified in 2020;\u00a0she\u00a0is recognised as\u00a0a\u00a0\u201cRecommended Lawyer\u201d\u00a0<\/em>by The Legal 500\u00a02026.<\/strong> She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Public Children Law and Domestic Abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a children law specialist, Floriane advises on all issues relating to children law including care cases involving issues of severe child abuse, domestic and international child arrangements, international and domestic child relocation and child abduction. Much of Floriane\u2019s work has an international element. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has assisted on several reported cases including a case involving severe parental alienation, a case involving a conflict of jurisdiction and one involving a terminally ill child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a member of <\/a>Resolution<\/a> and YRes<\/a> and is a director at the general board of the Franco-British Lawyers Society<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A native French speaker, Floriane also speaks Spanish and basic Russian. Consequently she often acts for French, Swiss or Belgian citizens and is regularly asked to provide affidavits of Laws in French for those jurisdictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
