She is recognised as\u00a0a\u00a0<em>\u201cRecommended Lawyer\u201d\u00a0<\/em>by The Legal 500\u00a02026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gemma represents clients in a wide range of children matters, including complex care proceedings, deprivation of liberty proceedings, and Special Guardianship. She has successfully handled cases involving suspected Non-Accidental Injury and allegations of sexual abuse, and has achieved outcomes where children have either remained with or returned to their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She regularly acts for both applicants and respondents in cases under the 1980 Hague Convention, and the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court and has been involved in several reported cases.
