Charlotte est une sp\u00e9cialiste du droit de l'enfant et des proc\u00e9dures de garde. Elle compte plus de dix ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans ce domaine, y travaillant exclusivement depuis sa qualification en 2010. Elle a rejoint Dawson Cornwell en 2020.<\/strong> being made up to partner in 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charlotte has been recognised as \u201cLeading Individual\u201d <\/em>by Chambers 2026 and a \u201cNext Generation Partner\u201d <\/em>by The Legal 500 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle est membre de la Law Society Children Panel et est en charge de superviser la gestion de l\u2019accr\u00e9ditation de la Legal Aid Agency au sein de Dawson Cornwell. Elle est accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialiste dans les domaines de la violence familiale et des proc\u00e9dures de garde par Resolution. Elle est membre de Resolution, de l'Association of Lawyers for Children et de l'Association des Juristes Franco-Britanniques. Elle est aussi membre du Central Family Court Duty Solicitors Scheme. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du comit\u00e9 de Young Legal Aid Lawyers de 2008 \u00e0 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally Charlotte is an appointed member of the Law Society Children\u2019s Law Sub Committee, an appointed member of the Resolution Legal Aid Committee, a member of the Association of Lawyers for Children<\/a>, the Franco-British Lawyers Society<\/a> and Resolution<\/a>. As an expert public children law practitioner she is also an active member of both the Central Family Court and the East London Family Court Duty Solicitors’ Scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In February 2024 Charlotte was appointed to sit on the South Eastern Circuit within the Civil and Family jurisdictions as a Deputy District Judge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has lectured students at BPP Law School, the College of Law and Anglia Ruskin University and has also acted as a mentor for Young Legal Aid Lawyers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
