It is often said that moving house is one of the most stressful activities in which we find ourselves. Most people who have moved would agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whilst many transactions are reasonably straightforward, the conveyancing process can be complex and challenging. The task of the conveyancer is to deal with the legal aspects of buying and selling property and to make the client aware of any problems or difficulties which materialise as a result of the various searches and enquiries which should be made as a matter of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many people do not appreciate that the conveyancer, in most cases, also represents the interests of the mortgage provider. They have a complicated set of standing instructions contained in the mortgage lenders handbook which must be borne in mind and satisfied in addition to the interests of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes buyers and sellers feel able to deal with the conveyancing process in person.
