He trained at Dawson Cornwell and cross qualified as a solicitor in 2020, having already practised law in England and Wales as a Registered European Lawyer since 2016. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He specialises in cases involving international family law, including international divorce, child abduction, securing and organising the rights of access of out of the jurisdiction parents, leave to remove, registration and enforcement of foreign orders and international pre and post marital contracts. Additionally he has extensive experience in managing legal teams located in different jurisdictions along with well rounded knowledge of private international legal mechanisms especially European Regulations and Directives as well as Hague Conventions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Isidro se gradu\u00f3 en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Valencia en el 2015. Est\u00e1 registrado en el Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Valencia, Col Num 18.210. En el 2017, estudi\u00f3 derecho ingl\u00e9s en City Law School, University of London para completar su doble colegiaci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n complet\u00f3 un curso de derecho privado internacional en The Hague Academy, en los Pa\u00edses Bajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is a member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aeafa.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spanish Association of Family Lawyers (AEAFA)<\/a>&nbsp;and the elected President of the NextGen Group&nbsp;of the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.uianet.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Union&nbsp;Internationale des Avocats (UIA)<\/a>, being&nbsp;regularly invited to speak at their Annual Congress.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isidro is a native Spaniard and Catalan.
