After completing his training contract at Dawson Cornwell, Michael qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 and now works in both our Children Department and our Private Client Department.
Michael has an Upper Second Class degree in Oceanography from the University of Southampton and a First Class Honours degree in Law from City, University of London, where he studied Family Law and Public International Law as his final year modules. After completing his Law degree in 2017, Michael achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws (LLM) in 2018, also winning the Peter Clark Prize in family law.
He is a member of the YRes division of Resolution.
Before joining Dawson Cornwell, Michael gained experience in commercial property law whilst working as a legal assistant in a full service, regional firm.
In his spare time, Michael volunteers at a local food bank and enjoys developing his basic understanding of German.
