Stephen Harker spoke at YRes Seminar

Stephen gave a presentation on Matrimonial Conveyancing outlining some of the pitfalls and providing a number of useful guidelines for family lawyers when faced with the conveyancing aspects of their practices. His talk included issues surrounding Stamp Duty Land Tax, Home Rights, Pending Land Actions, Severance and trust arrangements.
