Dawson Cornwell were proud to be a Parallel Partner of the World Congress on Family Law and Children Rights 2017, in Dublin. Over 500 delegates; international experts and lawyers from around the world attended, with many notable speakers including Baroness Hale of Richmond.
Anne-Marie Hutchinson OBE QC (Hon.), Carolina Marín Pedreño and Shabina Begum all spoke at the conference. Anne-Marie chaired the session on child abduction, Carolina spoke about incompatibility of recognition and enforcement of judgments for international families and Shabina gave a presentation on ending early and forced marriage.
