IAML Conference, Berlin

Lisette Dupré attended the IAML Conference on the Introduction to EU Family Law in Berlin on 26th and 27th November. The conference covered Brussels II-bis, cross-border child abduction and parental responsibility, Rome III, The EU Maintenance Regulation 4/2009 and the 2007 Hague Protocol. The conference was attended by representatives from 22 countries, including non-EU countries. Lisette was invited to speak on the EU Maintenance Regulation. Among the other speakers were established practitioners and academics including Ian Curry-Summer, Alexandre Boiché and Kerstin Niethammer-Jürgens. James Netto also attended the conference.
