Helen was admitted as a solicitor in 1991. She joined Dawson Cornwell in January 1998, when she jointly established the firm\u2019s Children Department<\/a>, and became a partner in May 2000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helen specialises in children law, with particular expertise in international and cross border cases, including child abduction, relocation, leave to remove, adoption (domestic and inter country), wardship, residence and contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helen was formerly accredited by Resolution as a specialist family lawyer with particular specialisms in child abduction, private children law and domestic abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is a long standing member of Resolution<\/a> and The Law Society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
