Colin Rogerson
Solicitor
Colin trained at Dawson Cornwell and was admitted as a solicitor in 2011. He obtained a First Class in Law from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction.
Colin has experience of all areas of family law with a particular interest in international children cases. In addition, he assists Anne-Marie Hutchinson on surrogacy and international adoption cases, including applications for parental orders. Colin has co-authored articles on surrogacy for family law publications and has spoken at a seminar to intending parents on acquiring parental rights in the United Kingdom over a child born to a surrogate mother.
He is a member of Resolution and of Young Legal Aid Lawyers.
Colin speaks basic French and German.
